At Internal Doors, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new doors aren't a perfect fit for your home, you can return them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original, unaltered condition.

Package Securely
Carefully repackage the doors in their original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Arrange Collection
Once your return is approved, we will coordinate a specialized courier service to collect the items from your property at a scheduled time that suits you.
Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in resellable condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
