How do I know what size door to order?
Measure the height and width of your door frame in three different places. Use the largest measurement to determine the size needed, as doors can be trimmed slightly during installation for a perfect fit.
Do your doors come pre-finished or unfinished?
We offer both options. Pre-finished doors are ready to hang immediately, while unfinished doors allow you to apply your own custom paint, stain, or varnish to match your home decor.
What is the difference between a solid core and a hollow core door?
Solid core doors offer superior sound insulation and durability, feeling much heavier to the touch. Hollow core doors are a cost-effective, lightweight alternative ideal for cupboards or low-traffic areas.
How much can I trim off my door?
Most of our internal doors can be trimmed by up to 6mm on each side and 10mm from the bottom, but this varies by model. Always check the specific manufacturer's instructions included with your delivery.
What are your delivery timescales and costs?
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 working days for in-stock items. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.
Can I return a door if it doesn't fit?
Yes, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the door has not been cut, painted, or altered in any way. Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging.
